121 Coaching

Individual coaching provides a dedicated, confidential space for leaders and employees to navigate the personal impact of workplace conflict, rebuild confidence, and return to performing at their best.

1 session - £175 | 6 sessions - £950

No two individuals experience conflict in the same way. That’s why 121 coaching is a deeply personal journey, tailored to the specific emotional and professional needs of the person affected.

The focus is not just on resolving the immediate situation, but on healing the lasting effects that conflict leaves on confidence, self-esteem, and the ability to collaborate.

This structured support allows for the development of resilient strategies, ensuring the individual feels heard, valued, and ready to move forward.

Some people never fully recover from the hidden toll of conflict, but with the right support, they absolutely can.

What to expect

A safe confidential space

Sessions provide a secure environment to explore thoughts and feelings without judgement.

Guided Discovery, Not Prescribed Solutions

Through powerful questioning, the coaching helps the coachee work through challenges and reach their own goals.

Compassionate Challenge

Growth requires stretching comfort zones. I support the coachee with understanding but will also challenge assumptions, question limiting beliefs, and hold them to account for taking action.

Deep Self-Awareness

Together we will explore what motivates the coachee, how they respond in different situations, and what is truly important to them. This awareness gives them the choice to act differently.

A Clear Path Forward

By the end of the journey, they will leave feeling EPIC:

  • Empowered with solutions that feel achievable and authentic.
  • Purposeful, with a clear sense of direction.
  • Inspired to create change and try new approaches.
  • Connected to the vision they are working towards.

Hi, I'm Jo

I'm a qualified Executive Coach and Workplace Mediator with over 10 years' experience helping organisations move past conflict and rebuild stronger, healthier teams.

Because I'm independent I don't come with any emotional connection to the situation. I can remain impartial and create a safe space where employees feel heard and valued again.

When people feel heard, they feel respected and when they feel respected, they give more back to the organisation.

By involving a third party, you:

  • Free leaders to focus on strategic priorities instead of team disputes
  • Rebuild trust and relationships within the team
  • Support HR by lifting a heavy burden from their desk
  • Protect the wider culture and performance of the organisation

The Process

This journey is typically delivered over 6 focused sessions, providing enough time to create meaningful change without dragging out the process.

1. Initial Consultation & Fit Check

Understand the individual’s experience and clarify goals. Crucially, this session is a two-way conversation to ensure I am the right coach for them. If it’s not a perfect fit, I will say so immediately, trust is the foundation of this work.

2. Assessment

Evaluate the current impact on their confidence, well-being, and ability to perform.

3. Agreeing on Outcomes

Define the desired personal and professional outcomes and agree on the coaching structure.

4. Uncovering Challenges

Explore the internal and external barriers affecting their progress and recovery.

5. Exploring New Ways of Working

Explore the internal and external barriers affecting their progress and recovery.

6. Action Planning & Review

Develop specific steps to regain their footing, reviewing progress to ensure maximum impact and sustained recovery.

Frequently Asked Questions

What happens if the individual’s situation changes during the coaching?

The coaching is flexible. If the workplace situation shifts, we adapt the focus of the sessions to ensure the individual continues to move forward constructively.

Is this coaching suitable for both the person experiencing conflict and the leader managing it?

Yes. The process is tailored to the individual’s role. For leaders, the focus may be on navigating difficult conversations and managing their own stress. For employees, the focus is often on rebuilding confidence and finding a way to work effectively again.

What is expected of the individual between sessions?

There is no "homework," but progress happens in the moments between sessions. Individuals are encouraged to reflect on their actions and notice what works, bringing these insights back to deepen the next conversation.

How quickly can coaching start?

Once the proposal is agreed upon, we can usually schedule the first session within a few days to ensure timely support.
